You’ll always be able to see artist Bill McCullagh’s artwork on the walls of River Art Gallery and Gifts. But now, you can find his creativity in his new adventure of writing and illustrating books for children. Having learning challenges himself throughout the years, Bill was determined to break past the stigma of mental health and to help his young readers grow in confidence.
