What is your refund & exchange policy?
Generally, all sales are final unless there is damage to the item due to shipping. If your item was damaged during shipping please contact us, within 24 hrs. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. All sales are final after 30 days from date of invoice.
Which payment methods are available on the Online Shop?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, & MasterCard cards.
How long will delivery take?
Generally processing the order takes between 10-14 days, and then we ship your order as per your selected shipping method. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions and/or during holidays.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data secure?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, we will package your order, then it will be shipped by the method you chose during checkout.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice via the e-mail you submitted during checkout.
What does consignment mean?
It’s an arrangement whereby goods are left in the possession of another party to sell. Typically, the consignor receives a percentage of the sale. Consignment deals are made on a variety of products – from artwork, to clothing, to books.
What does giclée mean?
(Pronounced zhee-klay) A professionally produced inkjet reproduction of an original artwork.
How do I get a giclée made of my artwork?
Our parent company, Pencil in the River Studio Inc., handles all the photo-reproductions and giclée prints. You may contact them at (716) 564-9109 or go to www.pencilintheriver.com for more info.
How do I become an exhibitor in your gallery?
In order to exhibit in our gallery, you must be member of our gallery. When exhibiting you will meet with our Gallery Manager, and they will walk you through all the steps needed to exhibit at River Art Gallery. Prices of exhibiting will be discussed at that time.
How do I become a member of River Art Gallery?
Membership is a selection process as we like to make sure our members fit within the community of our gallery. Membership is a yearly fee of $45. Simply contact us and we will provide more information. You may also go to our “Gallery” page for more info.
