Dennis Bertram Solo Exhibition

Artist Statement
When I began learning to paint, as with most newbies, my subject matter was traditional. Eventually I discovered my own unique abstract style. Nevertheless, I continue to try my hand with more conventional imagery such as the faces, figures and narratives of this exhibition. Only a few of the paintings in the show have ever been exhibited in public. Instead, they reside on the walls of my home. I hope viewing these paintings will bring as much enjoyment as I had in painting them.
