The works are meant to remind us of experiences that connect us to the natural beauty in this region. \nIncluded in this exhibition are several series. The representational style is intended to inspire a personal narrative. Sharing our own experiences brings us closer together and fosters communication and connections\, not only to the nature but to each other. Consistent throughout the works are a focus on detail. I accomplished this by manipulating scale\, light\, and movement. This attention to small individual elements forces the viewer to recognize the importance of each part to the whole experience. \nAs I relocate my studio to the west coast\, I expect to create new and different visions to add to my collection. However\, the beauty found in this area will never be overshadowed.”
