DESCRIPTION:Artist StatementWhen I began learning to paint\, as with most newbies\, my subject matter was traditional. Eventually I discovered my own unique abstract style. Nevertheless\, I continue to try my hand with more conventional imagery such as the faces\, figures and narratives of this exhibition. Only a few of the paintings in the show have ever been exhibited in public. Instead\, they reside on the walls of my home.
